Whether you want to compete in the sport of Olympic weightlifting or just improve your speed, strength and explosive power, the Barbell and Strength Program is a great fit. Our program focuses on teaching technical excellence in foundational lifts – squats, deadlifts, pressing, etc. – to help members get strong while lifting heavy loads in the correct positions. We pride ourselves in the attention-to-detail approach that we take in coaching. We make it a point to respect the sport in and of itself, beyond just its use as a conditioning tool.
